Spatial Bodies in Motion: Rolled Flat
A Spatial Organization Of Boxes Birthed From The Motion Of The Human Body

Based on roller-skating trick "Shoot the Duck" - where you squat down and balance on one foot while you extend your other out front with arms reaching - "Rolled Flat" is an analysis of the human body during this motion and a direct translation of it into an abstract composition of boxes. The focal point of the resulting box composition is the interaction and balance between tension and weight to create a stable center of gravity, wherein the body's tensions ends up at higher planes that support the weight regions situated lower down.
